Lawmakers want CDA to issue POB of 'up to $300M'

Rep. John Paul P. Sablan and six other House members pre-filed yesterday a bill authorizing the Commonwealth Development Authority to issue pension obligation bonds "up to $300 million" on behalf of the CNMI to pay the government's obligations to the NMI Retirement Fund.
