Indicted Detroit pension official charged with scamming pension funds to be arraigned today

Zajac is scheduled to be arraigned in U.S. District Court in Detroit at 1 p.m. Zajac and former pension trustee Paul Stewart were indicted last month on charges of bribery conspiracy, becoming the fourth and fifth defendants to be ensnared in the government's years-long investigation into the Detroit pension funds.
