Obama budget is full of wasteful spending, harms investors and taxpayers

President Obama's budget was released on Wednesday, two months late . It's a record $3.78 trillio n, and contains lots of wasteful spending, but at least it doesn't contain a trillion dollar deficit, like his prior budgets .
